I’m a Real Estate Investor, Luxury Realtor with The Cuadra Group,  Entrepreneur, Vrbo Premier host and most importantly a child of God, with 3 little children. I been in the business for 7 years.

 Prior to entering Real Estate. I was a director for several well known Restaurant Groups.

  After almost 20 years in the restaurant industry, having 3 small kids and also going through a divorce, after being married for almost 14 years. I decided, not to stay broke, and broken.  With an amazing support system. I enrolled in Real Estate school in Florida.

I started out as a realtor, then I got into flipping, doing a few at a time, and eventually. started holding on to my properties and renting them out, to long term and short term tenants.

After encountering cash flow issues due to covid, and tenants not paying their rents and credit issues in my personal life, I had to start restructuring my business  I found myself back working small jobs and even wholesaling.

  After taking time to invest in growing my business and learning from other mentors. I decided it was time for me to start helping other people with the knowledge I learn along the way.  

After thinking back on some of my struggles over the years and how impactful Real Estate and mentorship was for me, I became inspired to teach as many people as possible how to do the same thing. 

 Now I want to show you how simple it is to start and grow your Generation business through Real Estate Investing. 

 I wasn’t always a successful Realtor or Investor. I lost money on deals, had contractors steal from me, and got sued from listening to the wrong people.

 I struggled just getting by working part time jobs and going back into restaurants, while trying to figure out how to make the real estate business work.

I struggled for  years to do my first real estate deal but I always knew,  I would become a millionaire by real estate investing. 

I remember a day where I was ready to give up on trying.  If you are where I was then, don’t give up - I am living proof that if I can do it, you can do it
